Abstract[English]
Methods and systems for identifying one or more analytes in a sample are provided. One aspect is a method of predicting an identity of analytes in an unknown sample, the method comprising accessing a database comprising a plurality of results from analyzing samples using mass spectrometry to identify analytes, the plurality of results including annotated ion fingerprints, training a machine learning model with the plurality of results, and applying the machine learning model to the unknown sample to predict an identity of one or more analytes in the unknown sample.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes pour identifier un ou plusieurs analytes dans un échantillon. Un aspect de l'invention concerne un procédé de prédiction d'une identité d'analytes dans un échantillon inconnu, le procédé consistant à accéder à une base de données comprenant une pluralité de résultats d'analyse d'échantillons à l'aide d'une spectrométrie de masse pour identifier des analytes, la pluralité de résultats comprenant des empreintes d'ions annotées, à entraîner un modèle d'apprentissage automatique avec la pluralité de résultats, et à appliquer le modèle d'apprentissage automatique à l'échantillon inconnu pour prédire une identité d'un ou de plusieurs analytes dans l'échantillon inconnu.
