Abstract[English]
Methods and systems for building and using an analyte library are provided. One aspect is a method for building an analyte library, the method comprising receiving mass spectrum data from analysis of a sample using mass spectrometry, mass spectrum data including a mass spectrum and a sample matrix, and the sample including an analyte, identifying peaks in the mass spectrum, assigning at least one ion type to the peaks, annotating the peaks for the analyte based on the sample matrix, extracting an ion fingerprint for the analyte based on the annotated peaks and storing an analyte identification entry including the ion fingerprint for the analyte.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes de construction et d'utilisation d'une bibliothèque d'analytes. Un aspect comprend un procédé de construction d'une bibliothèque d'analytes, le procédé consistant à recevoir des données de spectre de masse issues de l'analyse d'un échantillon par spectrométrie de masse, les données de spectre de masse comprenant un spectre de masse et une matrice d'échantillon, et l'échantillon comprenant un analyte, à identifier des pics dans le spectre de masse, à attribuer au moins un type ionique aux pics, à annoter les pics pour l'analyte sur la base de la matrice d'échantillon, à extraire une empreinte ionique pour l'analyte sur la base des pics annotés et à stocker une entrée d'identification d'analyte comprenant l'empreinte ionique pour l'analyte.
