Abstract[English] A device including a transducer assembly, and a chamber in which a gas is located such that vibrations originating external to the device based on sound are effectively transmitted therethrough, wherein the device is an implantable microphone, the transducer assembly is in effective vibration communication with the gas, wherein the transducer assembly is configured to convert the vibrations traveling via the gas to an electrical signal, the chamber and the transducer assembly are part of a microphone system of the implantable microphone, wherein the chamber corresponds to a front volume of the microphone system, and the transducer assembly includes a back volume corresponding to at least part of a back volume of the microphone system.[French] L'invention concerne un dispositif comprenant un ensemble transducteur, et une chambre dans laquelle un gaz est situé de telle sorte que les vibrations provenant de l'extérieur du dispositif sur la base du son sont efficacement transmises à travers celle-ci, le dispositif étant un microphone implantable, l'ensemble transducteur est en communication de vibration efficace avec le gaz, l'ensemble transducteur étant conçu pour convertir les vibrations se déplaçant par l'intermédiaire du gaz en un signal électrique, la chambre et l'ensemble transducteur faisant partie d'un système de microphone du microphone implantable, la chambre correspondant à un volume avant du système de microphone, et l'ensemble transducteur comprenant un volume arrière correspondant à au moins une partie d'un volume arrière du système de microphone.
