Abstract[English] The present disclosure describes a pediatric endotracheal tube (8) with a portable conical cuff assembly (9). Unlike prior arts, the cuff of this endotracheal tube (2) can slide onto the outer surface of the tube (1) at low pressure state and be fixed when inflated properly in supraglottic space (11). Given the fact that the use of cuffed endotracheal tube carries the risk of airway stenosis and vocal cord injury in children, and considering impairment of ventilation efficacy and aspiration risk increase upon cuffless tubes' application, this endotracheal tube resolves these issues by supraglottic tracheal sealing through a portable conical cuff (2). Therefore, the cuff (2) of such endotracheal tube (8) is filled in supraglottic space (11) as it does not pass through vocal cords during intubation process.[French] La présente divulgation décrit un tube endotrachéal pédiatrique (8) doté d'un ensemble manchon conique portable (9).
