Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a spinal plate which is used to perform fixation surgery on a spine in orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery. The spinal plate comprises a central body and a pair of rotation portions which are disposed on both sides in a longitudinal direction of the central body and each of the pair of rotation portions has bone screw. The spinal plate also comprises spike screw in each of the pair of rotation portions. Each of the pair of rotation portions include a rotation connection portion, and the central body includes a rotation support portion. Rotation pins are used to connect the central body with the pair of rotation portions disposed on both sides in a longitudinal direction of the central body and enable the pair of rotation portions to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise with respect to the central body.[French]
La présente invention concerne une plaque vertébrale qui est utilisée pour réaliser une chirurgie de fixation sur une colonne vertébrale en chirurgie orthopédique et en neurochirurgie. La plaque vertébrale comprend un corps central et une paire de parties de rotation qui sont disposées des deux côtés dans une direction longitudinale du corps central et chacune de la paire de parties de rotation comporte une vis à os. La plaque vertébrale comprend également une vis à pointes dans chacune de la paire de parties de rotation. Chacune de la paire de parties de rotation comprend une partie de liaison de rotation, et le corps central comprend une partie de support de rotation. Des broches de rotation sont utilisées pour relier le corps central à la paire de parties de rotation disposées des deux côtés dans une direction longitudinale du corps central et permettre à la paire de parties de rotation de tourner dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre par rapport au corps central.
