Abstract[English]
The present disclosure is directed to a novel sequence constructed from viral elements for use as a transgenic promoter; for example, in transgenic plants. More specifically, the present disclosure is directed to a chimeric transgenic promoter sequence comprising a portion derived from the Figwort Mosaic Virus (FMV / FiMV) genome and a portion derived from the Cassava Vein Mosaic Virus (CsVMV) genome. The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for the making and using such a transgenic promoter.[French]
La présente invention concerne une nouvelle séquence construite à partir d'éléments viraux pour une utilisation en tant que promoteur transgénique ; par exemple, dans des plantes transgéniques. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une séquence de promoteur transgénique chimérique comprenant une partie dérivée du génome du virus de la mosaïque du figuier (FMV / FiMV) et une partie dérivée du génome du virus de la mosaïque de la veine du manioc (CsVMV).
