Abstract[English]
A facility for treating gas comprising a gas cooling apparatus is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, there is provided a facility for treating gas 1, comprising a flow channel 100 providing a passage through which a waste gas flows; a thermal decomposition unit 200 for thermally decomposing the waste gas flowing through the flow channel 100; a quencher 300 for cooling the waste gas passed through the thermal decomposition unit 200 to a predetermined temperature; and a cooling chamber 500 in communication with the flow channel 100 such that the waste gas passed through the quencher 300 is introduced into the cooling chamber 500, the cooling chamber 500 accommodating a solid material for cooling therewithin. The invention can achieve an advantageous effect of decreasing relative humidity of the waste gas by allowing the waste gas to undergo a cooling process using a solid material for cooling to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation in an outlet duct, resulting in increase of the efficiency for operating a gas treating facility and improvement of the efficiency of a semiconductor manufacturing process.[French]
L'invention concerne une installation de traitement de gaz comprenant un appareil de refroidissement de gaz. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne une installation de traitement de gaz 1, comprenant un canal d'écoulement 100 fournissant un passage à travers lequel s'écoule un gaz résiduaire ; une unité de décomposition thermique 200 pour décomposer thermiquement le gaz résiduaire s'écoulant à travers le canal d'écoulement 100 ; un extincteur 300 pour refroidir le gaz résiduaire ayant traversé l'unité de décomposition thermique 200 à une température prédéterminée ; et une chambre de refroidissement 500 en communication avec le canal d'écoulement 100 de sorte que le gaz résiduaire qui est passé à travers l'extincteur 300 soit introduit dans la chambre de refroidissement 500, la chambre de refroidissement 500 logeant un matériau solide pour le refroidir à l'intérieur. L'invention permet d'obtenir un effet avantageux de diminution de l'humidité relative du gaz résiduaire en permettant au gaz résiduaire d'être soumis à un processus de refroidissement au moyen d'un matériau solide pour le refroidissement afin d'empêcher l'apparition de condensation de rosée dans un conduit de sortie, ce qui permet d'augmenter l'efficacité de fonctionnement d'une installation de traitement de gaz et d'améliorer l'efficacité d'un procédé de fabrication de semi-conducteurs.
