Abstract[English]
Techniques are described for expanding and/or improving the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 3.0 television protocol in robustly delivering the next generation broadcast television services. When automatically switching from presenting a service on a first frequency (306) to a second frequency (308) such as when a mobile receiver (300) is moving through a boundary region between two broadcasters (304), the current broadcaster application is notified (804/904/1000) and depending on the context, may continue executing (806) or send (906/1004) data to the new broadcaster application.[French]
L'invention concerne des techniques destinées à étendre et/ou améliorer le protocole de télévision ATSC (Comité des systèmes de télévision avancés) 3.0, par la fourniture robuste des services de diffusion télévisée de nouvelle génération. Lors du passage automatique de la diffusion d'un service d'une première fréquence (306) à une seconde fréquence (308), par exemple lorsqu'un récepteur mobile (300) se déplace dans une région limite entre deux diffuseurs (304), l'application du diffuseur actuel est notifiée (804/904/1000) et, selon le contexte, peut continuer à s'exécuter (806) ou envoyer (906/1004) des données à la nouvelle application du diffuseur.
