This disclosure relates generally to fluorinated ether compounds and the synthesis thereof. More particularly, this disclosure relates to fluorinated ether based thermal management fluids suitable for use managing heat in battery systems through direct cooling, such as lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles, electric motors, and power electronics, methods of using such thermal management fluids, and systems including such thermal management systems.[French]
La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale des composés d'éther fluoré et leur synthèse. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des fluides de gestion thermique à base d'éther fluoré appropriés pour une utilisation dans la gestion de la chaleur dans des systèmes de batterie par refroidissement direct, tels que des batteries lithium-ion utilisées dans des véhicules électriques, des moteurs électriques et de l'électronique de puissance, des procédés d'utilisation de tels fluides de gestion thermique, et des systèmes comprenant de tels systèmes de gestion thermique.
