Abstract[English] The present innovation relates to the field of biomaterials, drug delivery systems, load-bearing materials for bone regeneration and dental restauration. The method for fabrication of amorphous calcium phosphate ceramic-based drug delivery system is proposed. According to the method, mixture of amorphous calcium phosphate and at least one drug is sintered at pressure that exceeds 500 MPa, preferably in the range of 600 to 1500 MPa, at temperature from 15 to 35 °C. The selected pressure range allows to obtain on amorphous calcium phosphate ceramic-based long-term drug delivery system with excellent mechanical properties.[French] La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des biomatériaux, des systèmes d'administration de médicament, des matériaux porteurs de charge permettant la régénération osseuse et la restauration dentaire. Le procédé de fabrication du système d'administration de médicament à base de céramique de phosphate de calcium amorphe est proposé. Selon le procédé, un mélange de phosphate de calcium amorphe et d'au moins un médicament est fritté à une pression qui dépasse 500 MPa, de préférence dans la plage de 600 à 1 500 MPa, à une température comprise entre 15 et 35 °C. La plage de pression sélectionnée permet d'obtenir un système d'administration de médicament à long terme à base de céramique de phosphate de calcium amorphe présentant d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques.
