Abstract[English]
An egg belt tensioning apparatus is disclosed comprising a housing, a set of first rollers (12) located in fixed positions in the housing, a set of take up roller assemblies (16) mounted for movement with respect to the housing, a set of winding ribbons (30), and a set of belt winding rollers (32) each supported from the housing. Each of the winding ribbons (30) is connected at a first end to one of the take up roller assemblies (16) and at a second end to one of the belt winding rollers (32). In use an egg conveying belt is threaded around the first and second rollers and tensioned by the take up roller assemblies (16). The use of the belt winding rollers (32) allows for tension to be maintained in the egg conveying belt in a variety of environmental conditions thereby reducing the amount of maintenance of the egg belt tensioning apparatus required by an operator.[French]
La présente invention concerne un appareil tendeur de bande d’œuf comprenant un boîtier, un ensemble de premiers rouleaux (12) situés dans des positions fixes dans le boîtier, un ensemble d'ensembles rouleau d'enroulement (16) montés pour se déplacer par rapport au boîtier, un ensemble de rubans d'enroulement (30), et un ensemble de rouleaux d'enroulement de bande (32) supportés chacun à partir du boîtier. Chacun des rubans d'enroulement (30) est relié, au niveau d'une première extrémité, à l'un des ensembles rouleau d'enroulement (16) et, au niveau d'une seconde extrémité, à l'un des rouleaux d'enroulement de bande (32). Lors de l'utilisation, une bande transporteuse d’œuf est enfilée autour des premier et second rouleaux et tendue par les ensembles rouleau d'enroulement (16). L'utilisation des rouleaux d'enroulement de bande (32) permet de maintenir la tension de la bande transporteuse d’œuf dans une diversité de conditions environnementales, permettant ainsi de réduire la quantité de maintenance de l'appareil tendeur de bande d’œuf requise par un opérateur.
