Abstract[English]
The invention relates to equipment for rescuing drowning people in open waters and can be used both in work of professional rescuers and for rescuing of a drowning person by somebody without any special rescue skills. A flotation device comprising: a hull (1) in the form of a buoyancy chamber (1.1), wherein the front end of the hull (1) is equipped with a means (7) for securing a cord, and a cutout (5) is made at the rear end of the hull (1). The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the efficiency of saving drowning people in open water and reduce mortality during rescuing.[French]
L'invention concerne un équipement de sauvetage de personnes qui se noient en eaux libres et peut être utilisée dans le cadre du travail de sauveteurs professionnels et pour le sauvetage d'une personne qui se noie par quelqu'un sans aucune compétence de sauvetage particulière. Un dispositif de flottaison comprenant : une coque (1) sous la forme d'une chambre de flottabilité (1.1), l'extrémité avant de la coque (1) étant équipée d'un moyen (7) pour fixer un cordon, et une découpe (5) étant réalisée à l'extrémité arrière de la coque (1). Le résultat technique de la présente invention est d'augmenter l'efficacité de sauvetage de personnes qui se noient en eaux libres et de réduire la mortalité pendant le sauvetage.
