Abstract[English]
Embodiments disclosed herein provide devices, systems, and methods for instrument exchanges during ophthalmic surgery. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to valved cannula assemblies and methods of use thereof. A valved cannula assembly includes a cannula having a head at a proximal end of the cannula and a hollow rod extending from the head to a distal end of the cannula. The valved cannula assembly includes a valved hub coupled to the head and including a septum having two or more curved flaps configured to provide an opening for an instrument.[French]
Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des dispositifs, des systèmes et des procédés pour des échanges d'instruments pendant une chirurgie ophtalmique. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des ensembles canule à valve et leurs procédés d'utilisation. Un ensemble canule à valve comprend une canule ayant une tête à une extrémité proximale de la canule et une tige creuse s'étendant de la tête à une extrémité distale de la canule. L'ensemble canule à valve comprend un moyeu à valve couplé à la tête et comprenant un septum ayant au moins deux rabats incurvés configurés pour constituer une ouverture pour un instrument.
