Abstract[English]
Provided herein, among other things, is method for analyzing a planar biological sample. In some embodiments, the method may comprise: contacting an oligonucleotide or a conjugate comprising the same with a planar biological sample under conditions by which the oligonucleotide or conjugate specifically binds to sites in or on the sample; performing one or more steps to release and/or extend the oligonucleotide in situ, to produce a reporter probe; transferring the reporter probe from the sample to a planar support that does not comprise an array of oligonucleotides, in a way that preserves the spatial relationship of the reporter probe in the sample; and detecting the reporter probe on the support.[French]
L'invention concerne, entre autres, un procédé d'analyse d'un échantillon biologique plan. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le procédé peut consister à : mettre en contact un oligonucléotide ou un conjugué comprenant celui-ci avec un échantillon biologique plan dans des conditions où l'oligonucléotide ou le conjugué se lie spécifiquement à des sites dans ou sur l'échantillon; réaliser une ou plusieurs étapes pour libérer et/ou étendre l'oligonucléotide in situ, pour produire une sonde rapporteur; transférer la sonde rapporteur de l'échantillon à un support plan qui ne comprend pas un réseau d'oligonucléotides, d'une manière qui préserve la relation spatiale de la sonde rapporteur dans l'échantillon; et détecter la sonde rapporteur sur le support.
