Ergonomic, reversibly assemblable isoauxotonic cross for exercising, adapted to allow a smart training of a user by using elastic bands (5) allowing a physical exercise on transverse, sagittal and longitudinal work planes comprising: • at least a first level (10), comprising five first sections (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5) which can be mutually assembled, by means of joining axes (4), in a cross shape, adapted to house at least a ladder for each north, south, east and west end; • at least a second raised level (20) comprising at least five second sections (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5), which can be mutually assembled, by means of said joining axes (4), adapted to allow a plurality of said elastic bands (5) to be hooked; • at least a third raised level (30), comprising a bench (8), adapted to allow to perform a plurality of exercises for training a plurality of muscle groups and at least four reinforcement bars (3.4).[French]
