Abstract[English]
A computer-implemented method for detecting empty container includes acquiring a first image of a container using an imaging system, and after the first image is acquired, causing a perturbation device to perturb a content of the container. The method further includes acquiring a second image of the container using the imaging system after the perturbation, and processing the first image and the second image using one or more computer processors, to determine whether the container is empty based on whether there is a difference between the first image and the second image as a result of one or more objects inside the container being moved due to the perturbation.[French]
L’invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour détecter un récipient vide qui consiste à acquérir une première image d'un récipient à l'aide d'un système d'imagerie, et après que la première image a été acquise, à amener un dispositif de perturbation à perturber un contenu du récipient. Le procédé comprend en outre l'acquisition d'une seconde image du récipient à l'aide du système d'imagerie après la perturbation, et le traitement de la première image et de la seconde image à l'aide d'un ou de plusieurs processeurs informatiques, pour déterminer si le récipient est vide sur la base du fait qu'il existe ou non une différence entre la première image et la seconde image suite à un déplacement d'un ou de plusieurs objets à l'intérieur du récipient en raison de la perturbation.
