The present invention relates to a method for growing a biomaterial (7) directly onto a substrate (5) using a floating rafting system (1) over a liquid culturing medium (6) for incubating said biomaterial (7) preventing the need of laminating the biomaterial (7) onto the substrate (5); the biomaterial (7) obtained with said method, and a floating rafting system (1) used therein. La présente invention concerne un procédé de croissance d'un biomatériau (7) directement sur un substrat (5) à l'aide d'un système de chevron flottant (1) sur un milieu de culture liquide (6) pour incuber ledit biomatériau (7) empêchant le besoin de stratifier le biomatériau (7) sur le substrat (5) ; le biomatériau (7) obtenu avec ledit procédé, et un système de chevron flottant (1) utilisé dans celui-ci.
