Abstract[English]
The invention is destined for creation of pharmaceutical compositions ensuring restoring the physiological processes of cells and all the organism in whole due to ROS formation in the organism, and is characterized by presence of cyclic maltooligosaccharides, cyclodextrins, used in amount 0.001-99.9 mass% in combination with aqueous solution of stable suspension of heterocrystals of titanium dioxide or silicon dioxide particles with size no less than 450 nm and content in amount of 0.0001 - 5% mass, having on the surface of crystals and particles in the energy centers electronically-excited triplet oxygen 302 up to 80%. In the structure of pharmaceutical composition active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutically acceptable additions are additionally included in amount 0.0001 - 99.0% mass. Pharmaceutical composition additionally ccoommpprriisseess cytostatic Doxorubicin taken in amount from 0.0001 up to 0.001 mg/ml for intramuscular administering. Medical agent, comprising pharmaceutical composition, ensures therapeutically significant effect for restoring physiological processes in organism.[French]
La présente invention est destinée à la création de compositions pharmaceutiques assurant la restauration des processus physiologiques de cellules et de l'ensemble de l'organisme en raison de la formation d'espèces réactives de l'oxygène dans l'organisme, et est caractérisée par la présence de malto-oligosaccharides cycliques, de cyclodextrines, utilisés à hauteur de 0,001 à 99,9 % en masse en combinaison avec une solution aqueuse de suspension stable d'hétérocristaux de dioxyde de titane ou de particules de dioxyde de silicium ayant une taille supérieure ou égale à 450 nm et une teneur à hauteur de 0,0001 à 5 % en masse, présentant sur la surface des cristaux et des particules dans les centres d'énergie de l'oxygène triplet 302 excité électroniquement jusqu'à 80 %. Dans la structure de la composition pharmaceutique, des principes actifs pharmaceutiques et des ajouts pharmaceutiquement acceptables sont en outre compris à hauteur de 0,0001 à 99,0 % en masse. La composition pharmaceutique comprend en outre le cytostatique doxorubicine pris dans une quantité allant de 0,0001 à 0,001 mg/ml pour une administration intramusculaire. Un agent médical, comprenant une composition pharmaceutique, assure un effet thérapeutiquement significatif pour restaurer des processus physiologiques dans un organisme.
