Abstract[English]
The group of inventions relates to technologies of preparation of homogeneous mixtures with uniform structure, steady in time, and mixing devices used in these technologies, namely, to hydrodynamical cavitational homogenizers. The essence of inventions is that the processing line contains, at least, one basic container (1) with basic medium to be mixed, and two auxiliary containers (2, 3) with different admixed media, the pumps feeding basic and admixed media in the hydrodynamical cavitational homogenizer (11), as well as the reservoir of mixed medium (9). The output of the basic container is hydraulically connected with the nozzle of admission of basic medium of the first hydrodynamical cavitational homogenizer (11), the outlets of auxiliary containers are hydraulically connected with the inlet nozzle of admixed medium of the first homogenizer, the outlet connected with admixed medium of the second hydrodynamical cavitational homogenizer (16). Le groupe d'inventions se rapporte aux technologies de préparation de mélanges homogènes à structure uniforme, stables dans le temps, et aux dispositifs de mélange utilisés dans ces technologies, à savoir, aux homogénéisateurs à cavitation hydrodynamique. Les inventions reposent sur le fait que la ligne de traitement contient, au moins un récipient de base 1 avec le milieu de base à mélanger, et deux récipients auxiliaires 2, 3 avec différents milieux mélangés, les pompes alimentant les milieux de base et mélangés dans l'homogénéisateur à cavitation hydrodynamique 11, ainsi que le réservoir du milieu de mélange 9. La sortie du récipient de base est reliée de manière hydraulique à la buse d'entrée du milieu de base du premier homogénéisateur à cavitation hydrodynamique 11, les sorties de récipients auxiliaires sont reliées de manière hydraulique à la buse d'entrée du milieu mélangé du premier homogénéisateur, la sortie étant reliée au milieu mélangé du second homogénéisateur à cavitation hydrodynamique 16. L'homogénéisateur est utilisé pour la mise en oeuvre de la ligne de traitement.
