Abstract[English] The present invention provides an improved method of PET imaging in a subject for diagnosis and/or treatment of cardiovascular related disease. The method comprises exponential function dosing based on subject body habitus. It provides improved and consistent imaging quality in comparison to fixed or linear dosing based on subject's body weight.[French] La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré d'imagerie TEP chez un sujet pour le diagnostic et/ou le traitement d'une maladie cardiovasculaire. Le procédé comprend un dosage de fonction exponentielle basé sur l'habitus corporel du sujet.
