Abstract[English] The migrating smart release encapsulated corrosion inhibitor for reinforced concrete, which is to intelligently release inhibitors into the environment by localizing the pH of concrete in contact with the aqueous environment during the pouring and long-term working times, as well as to create localization and hydrophobicity using an intelligent release mechanism and formulation, which considerably minimizes inhibitor consumption by using the intelligent release method and formulation. The multi-stage emulsion polymerization process is used in four phases to make micron and Nano-sized capsules.[French] Inhibiteur de corrosion encapsulé à libération intelligente migrante pour béton armé, qui est destiné à libérer de manière intelligente des inhibiteurs dans l'environnement par localisation du pH du béton en contact avec l'environnement aqueux pendant la coulée et les temps de travail de longue durée, ainsi que pour créer une localisation et une hydrophobicité à l'aide d'un mécanisme de libération intelligent et d'une formulation, ce qui minimise considérablement la consommation d'inhibiteur à l'aide du procédé et de la formulation de libération intelligente.
