Abstract[English]
The external connector without the need for implantation of a metal implant is at the end of the radius and ulnar bones, which is used to transfer the rotation of the forearm end (in amputations of the lower third of the forearm to the wrist) in the wrist prosthesis, which is installed externally around the distal end. And it rotates the wrist prosthesis by the remained muscle force. the components of this device are the elliptical ring of the connector, the connectors for transferring the rotation of the forearm to the wrist, the protrusion of the connector to be coupled to the wrist connector, the depression of the wrist connector to be coupled to the forearm connector, wrist rail connections, and claw prosthesis.[French]
Le connecteur externe sans besoin d'implantation d'un implant métallique se situe à l'extrémité des os radius et cubitus, qui est utilisé pour transférer la rotation de l'extrémité de l'avant-bras (dans des amputations du tiers inférieur de l'avant-bras jusqu'au poignet) dans la prothèse de poignet, qui est installée au plan externe autour de l'extrémité distale.
