Abstract[English]
A cooking device including an aroma generator, needle base plate, aroma needle, and a plurality of perforation needles is provided. The aroma generator is operatively connected to an upper electric motor. The cooking device further includes an upper perforated plate, upper grilling plate and lower grilling plate. The lower grilling plate is operatively connected to a lower electric motor. A method for using a cooking device to prepare a vegetarian and/or vegan meat substitute product having a flavoring, aroma and texture comparable to traditional meat-based food products is further provided.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson comprenant un générateur d'arôme, une plaque de base d'aiguille, une aiguille à arôme et une pluralité d'aiguilles de perforation. Le générateur d'arômes est relié fonctionnellement à un moteur électrique supérieur. Le dispositif de cuisson comprend en outre une plaque supérieure perforée, une plaque de gril supérieure et une plaque de gril inférieure. La plaque de gril inférieure est reliée fonctionnellement à un moteur électrique inférieur. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé d'utilisation d'un dispositif de cuisson pour préparer un produit de substitution de viande végétarien et/ou végétalien dont le goût, l'arôme et la texture sont comparables à ceux des produits alimentaires traditionnels à base de viande.
