Abstract[English]
A method is described. The method includes dispensing a first conductive gel on a support layer in a first predetermined pattern of target locations on a first side of the support layer to form a plurality of first conductive gel layers. The support layer is a flexible material having a plurality of voids intersecting the first side and a second side of the support layer. A second conductive gel is dispensed on the second side of the support layer in a second predetermined pattern of target locations to form a plurality of second conductive gel layers with each of the second conductive gel layers overlapping a corresponding first conductive gel layer to form conductive gel elements. The first conductive gel and the second conductive gel may then be cured.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé. Le procédé consiste à distribuer un premier gel conducteur sur une couche de support suivant un premier motif prédéterminé d'emplacements cibles d'un premier côté de la couche de support pour former une pluralité de premières couches de gel conducteur. La couche de support est un matériau flexible comportant une pluralité de vides coupant le premier côté et un second côté de la couche de support. Un second gel conducteur est distribué du second côté de la couche de support suivant un second motif prédéterminé d'emplacements cibles pour former une pluralité de secondes couches de gel conducteur, chacune des secondes couches de gel conducteur chevauchant une première couche de gel conducteur correspondante pour former des éléments de gel conducteur. Le premier gel conducteur et le second gel conducteur peuvent ensuite être durcis.
