Abstract[English]
A desktop accessory comprises a panel worktop that can be stabilized in a gently sloping position extending substantially beyond the edge of a desk or table top. With elbows supported on armrests of a chair, a user can enjoy a more comfortable, slightly laidback sitting posture while operating a computer keyboard or a laptop computer on the worktop, which supports reading, writing, and drawing as well. The worktop is stabilized by a hinged bracket fastened to the desktop with a penetrative fastening device - preferably a screw means. A free-standing, rear support can be positioned behind the worktop for operating a computer keyboard or a laptop computer, as well as for placement and reading of hardcopy. It is likewise accessible with a slightly laidback sitting posture. The two structures together enable exceptional versatility and multi-tasking capability.
