Abstract[English]
This invention discloses a polymeric pencil made from polymeric slats as the body for covering the writing core instead of wooden slats. Herein, a novel method is revealed for manufacturing the polymeric slats which are able to be directly used in conventional pencil factories. The polymeric slat compositions comprise; talc powder, calcium sulfate, calcium stearate, polyethylene, polystyrene, a foaming agent, and a coloring agent. Producing the polymeric slat using an extrusion process includes; mixing materials in two stages, extruding, cooling, pulling, and cutting.[French]
La présente invention concerne un crayon polymère fait de lamelles polymères en tant que corps pour recouvrir le noyau d'écriture au lieu de lamelles en bois. Un nouveau procédé est révélé pour fabriquer les lamelles polymères qui peuvent être utilisées directement dans des usines de crayons classiques. Les compositions de lamelles polymères comprennent : de la poudre de talc, du sulfate de calcium, du stéarate de calcium, du polyéthylène, du polystyrène, un agent moussant et un agent colorant. La production de la lamelle polymère à l'aide d'un procédé d'extrusion comprend : le mélange de matériaux en deux étapes, l'extrusion, le refroidissement, l'étirage et la coupe.
