Abstract[English]
The isolation process of the isolates degrading plastic compounds from waste (garbage) leads to plastic degradation through enzymes produced by microorganisms (namely bacteria, fungi, etc.). 30 plastic specimens were collected in diverse kinds from the surroundings for attaining the claimed purpose. Isolation and purification of plastic degrading fungi were carried out in Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) and Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) media. the identification of microbes was conducted with respect to their morphological and microscopic features and their biochemical tests. degradation of a variety of plastic compounds was evaluated using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) techniques. the detected isolates of plastic degradation included Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium commune, Bipolaris sorokiniana, Curvularia eragrostidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.[French]
Le processus d'isolement des isolats dégradant les composés plastiques des déchets (ordures) conduit à une dégradation du plastique par l'intermédiaire d'enzymes produites par des micro-organismes (à savoir des bactéries, des champignons, etc.). 30 échantillons de plastique ont été collectés selon divers types dans les environs pour atteindre l'objectif revendiqué. L'isolement et la purification de champignons dégradant le plastique ont été effectués dans des milieux de gélose de Sabouraud au dextrose (SDA) et de gélose dextrosée à la pomme de terre (PDA). L'identification de microbes a été réalisée en tenant compte de leurs caractéristiques morphologiques et microscopiques et de leurs tests biochimiques. La dégradation de divers composés plastiques a été évaluée à l'aide des techniques du microscope électronique à balayage (SEM) et de spectroscopie infrarouge à transformée de Fourier (FTIR). Les isolats dégradant le plastique détectés incluaient Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium commune, Bipolaris sorokiniana, Curvularia eragrostidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
