water-air combining device is designed and fabricated in order to substitute the hoses used for washing, which enables the person to make a mixture of water (much less than ordinary faucets) and air to form dew droplets which wash the place with the help of air. air handling fan or wind pump supplies the air for air special hose, where water coming out of the nozzle becomes dewdrops (powder) and mixes with the produced air and exits to the environment or drying and the heater which turns on or off by the embedded button is used to warm the generated air and mix with water and finally produce dew droplets and prepare for washing.[French]
