Abstract[English]
A method for identifying a plurality of intended organ donors among a plurality of organ donor candidates. The method includes obtaining a donor clinical dataset by acquiring each donor clinical data from a respective organ donor candidate, obtaining a recipient clinical dataset by acquiring each recipient clinical data from a respective recipient candidate, predicting one of an in-hospital death or survival of an intended organ donor candidate, estimating a time of death of the intended organ donor candidate, obtaining a paired donor-recipient by pairing the intended organ donor candidate with an intended recipient for organ transplantation, estimating a probability of organ transplant success for the paired donor-recipient, and pairing the intended recipient with the plurality of intended organ donors for organ transplantation based on the probability of organ transplant success.[French]
Procédé d'identification d'une pluralité de donneurs d'organe prévus parmi une pluralité de candidats donneurs d'organe. Le procédé consiste à obtenir un ensemble de données cliniques de donneur en acquérant chaque donnée clinique de donneur auprès d'un candidat donneur d'organe respectif, à obtenir un ensemble de données cliniques de receveur en acquérant chaque donnée clinique de receveur auprès d'un candidat receveur respectif, à prédire un décès intrahospitalier ou la survie d'un candidat donneur d'organe prévu, à estimer un moment du décès du candidat donneur d'organe prévu, à obtenir une paire receveur-donneur en appariant le candidat donneur d'organe prévu à un receveur prévu pour une greffe d'organe, à estimer une probabilité de réussite de la greffe d'organe pour la paire receveur-donneur et à apparier le receveur prévu avec la pluralité de donneurs d'organe prévus pour une greffe d'organe sur la base de la probabilité de réussite de la greffe d'organe.
