Abstract[English]
The present invention discloses a method and a system for determining an assembling risk for an electronic component to be mounted to a printed circuit board, said method comprising the steps of: providing a component library comprising a number of electronic components and its specific component identifier wherein said component identifier comprises an identifier string of letters and numbers thereby providing an information for a number of physical attributes of the electronic component; providing an evaluation scheme for each of the number of physical attributes; selecting an electronic component from the component library and evaluating each of the number of physical attributes; determining for each of the number of physical attributes the intermediate risk value and calculating from the intermediate risk values a final risk score; and determining the assembling risk associated with the final risk score by comparing the final risk'score against a pre-defined risk scale.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système pour déterminer un risque d'assemblage pour un composant électronique à monter sur une carte de circuit imprimé, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir une bibliothèque de composants comprenant un certain nombre de composants électroniques et leur identificateur de composant spécifique, ledit identificateur de composant comprenant une chaîne d'identification composée de lettres et de chiffres, fournissant ainsi des informations sur un certain nombre d'attributs physiques du composant électronique ; fournir un schéma d'évaluation pour chacun du nombre d'attributs physiques ; sélectionner un composant électronique dans la bibliothèque de composants et évaluer chacun des attributs physiques ; déterminer pour chacun des attributs physiques la valeur de risque intermédiaire et calculer à partir des valeurs de risque intermédiaires un score de risque final ; et déterminer le risque d'assemblage associé au score de risque final en comparant le score de risque final à une échelle de risque prédéfinie.
