Abstract[English]
A vehicle with a pod detachably secured to a planar surface chassis thereof, when in hazard escaping or transferring the pod to another platform, a control system causes the wheels to be moved out of wheel recesses in the pod, if it determines that the wheels will not impact nearby objects, so as to provide some freedom for the pod to be moved laterally, or to enable the pod to be moved on the chassis partly or completely out of the vehicle longitudinally.[French]
Véhicule doté d'une nacelle fixée de manière amovible sur un châssis de surface plane correspondant. En cas de risque de fuite ou de transfert de la nacelle vers une autre plateforme, un système de commande entraîne le déplacement des roues hors des évidements de roue dans la nacelle, s'il détermine que les roues ne percuteront pas des objets proches, de manière à assurer une certaine liberté pour que la nacelle soit déplacée latéralement ou à permettre à la nacelle d'être déplacée sur le châssis en partie ou complètement hors du véhicule longitudinalement.
