Abstract[English]
In an aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for identifying a net treatment benefit of a clinical intervention for a subject, comprising: obtaining a dataset for a treatment set of subjects and a reference set of subjects; obtaining a plurality of treatment outcomes for the treatment set of subjects and the reference set of subjects; receiving user input of a prioritization function of the plurality of treatment outcomes; performing a set of pairwise comparisons between a first subject selected from the treatment set of subjects and a second subject selected from the reference set of subjects; and determining the net treatment benefit of the clinical intervention for the subject.[French]
Selon un aspect, la présente divulgation concerne un procédé d'identification d'un bénéfice net d'un traitement d'une intervention clinique pour un sujet, consistant à : obtenir un ensemble de données pour un ensemble de sujets en traitement et un ensemble de sujets de référence ; obtenir une pluralité de résultats de traitement pour l'ensemble de sujets en traitement et l'ensemble de sujets de référence ; recevoir une entrée utilisateur d'une fonction de priorisation de la pluralité de résultats de traitement ; réaliser un ensemble de comparaisons par paires entre un premier sujet sélectionné dans l'ensemble de sujets en traitement et un second sujet sélectionné dans l'ensemble de sujets de référence ; et déterminer le bénéfice net d'un traitement de l'intervention clinique pour le sujet.
