Abstract[English]
The invention relates to devices intended for protecting plants against damage during the operation of agricultural machinery in orchards and vineyards. The device includes a ferromagnetic body element and a frame capable of moving along the surface of said ferromagnetic element and containing at least one magnet that interacts with the ferromagnetic body. Said body contains at least one frame travel restrain and two pushers set at an angle to each other and enabling the interaction between the pusher rod and the frame. Therein, at least one edge of the frame overhangs the edge of said body. The device enhances the reliability of damage prevention for trees and shrubs.[French]
L’invention concerne un dispositif de prévention des dommages causés aux plantes pour des machines agricoles. L'invention concerne des dispositifs destinés à la protection des plantes contre les dommages lors du fonctionnement de machines agricoles dans les vergers et les vignobles. Le dispositif comprend un élément corps ferromagnétique et un cadre susceptible de se déplacer le long de la surface dudit élément ferromagnétique et contenant au moins un aimant qui interagit avec le corps ferromagnétique. Ledit corps contient au moins un dispositif de retenue de déplacement de cadre et deux poussoirs placés de manière à former un certain angle l'un par rapport à l'autre et permettant l'interaction entre la tige de poussée et le cadre. En son sein, au moins un bord du cadre surplombe le bord dudit corps. Le dispositif améliore la fiabilité de prévention des dommages pour les arbres et les arbustes.
