Abstract[English] The minimally invasive lumbar disc surgeon robot by PLDD method, which consists of two parts: the mechanical part of the device and the software part of the device and artificial intelligence. the movement and positioning system of the device is such that first the device is set to the default position defined for three arms and then it starts taking images to find the position of the pointer relative to the patient and the bed. The device is informed of the position of the defective disc based on MRI images and the surgeon's opinion. Inserting the needle into the tissue, the surgery begins and the needle is placed in the core of the disc, the laser fiber is inserted into the needle and the operation is done by laser irradiation and drug injection. After the operation is complete, needle is removed from the body.[French] Le robot chirurgien pour disque lombaire minimalement invasif par le procédé PLDD est constitué de deux parties : la partie mécanique du dispositif et la partie logicielle du dispositif et l'intelligence artificielle. Le système de déplacement et de positionnement du dispositif est tel que le premier dispositif est réglé sur la position par défaut définie pour trois bras, puis commence à prendre des images pour trouver la position du pointeur par rapport au patient et au lit. Le dispositif est informé de la position du disque défectueux sur la base d'images IRM et de l'opinion du chirurgien. Avec l'insertion de l'aiguille dans le tissu, la chirurgie commence et l'aiguille est placée dans le coeur du disque, la fibre laser est insérée dans l'aiguille et l'opération est effectuée par irradiation laser et injection de médicament. Après l'achèvement de l'opération, l'aiguille est retirée du corps.
