Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a nanoemulsion for delivery of lipophilic actives with improved physical and/or chemical stability, which is useful as or for the preparation of oral dosage forms with improved bioavailability. The nanoemulsion of the invention comprises a lipophilic active, such as cholecalciferol, at least two nonionic surfactants, pharmaceutically acceptable excipients and water, and its improved stability is independent of external phase viscosity. A process for its preparation is also disclosed and involves increasing the surface charge of the nanoformulation.[French]
La présente invention concerne une nanoémulsion pour l'administration de principes actifs lipophiles avec une stabilité physique et/ou chimique améliorée, qui est utile en tant que forme posologique orale ou pour la préparation de formes posologiques orales avec une biodisponibilité améliorée. La nanoémulsion de l'invention comprend un principe actif lipophile, tel que le cholécalciférol, au moins deux tensioactifs non ioniques, des excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables et de l'eau, et sa stabilité améliorée est indépendante de la viscosité de la phase externe. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation qui consiste à augmenter la charge superficielle de la nanoformulation.
