Abstract[English]
A method for the fabrication of solid-phase micro extraction (SPME) fiber by covalent bonding of Nano-ODS adsorbent on a stainless steel wire by sol-gel method. The fabricated SPME fiber is then used in the EEDI-SPME-HPLC-UV method for separation, extraction and pre-concentration of antidiabetic drugs zidovudine and lamivudine in biological fluids of the human body.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une fibre à microextraction en phase solide (SPME) par liaison covalente d'un adsorbant nano-ODS sur un fil d'acier inoxydable par un procédé sol-gel. La fibre SPME fabriquée est ensuite utilisée dans le procédé EEDI-SPME-HPLC-UV pour la séparation, l'extraction et la préconcentration de médicaments antidiabétiques zidovudine et lamivudine dans des liquides biologiques du corps humain.
