This device can determine the amount of turbidity of the solution and then count the bacteria and cells in the suspension as cell and bacterial culture testing device. This invention is related to the chemistry and biomaterial section of the hybrid technology section. This hybrid device also can detect homogenies suspensions and purity of mixtures. This invention is including a uniform light source operative to emit a beam of light, a camera for sending pictures for image processing for analyzing samples which detects the intensity of pictures after the light interacts with the samples.[French]
