Abstract[English]
A method and system for detecting atrial fibrillations from a photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal. A method includes continuously generating a PPG signal measurement from a sensor of a PPG unit; generating a plurality of time frame samples based on the PPG signal measurement; generating, for each time frame sample, a plurality of heart rate (RR) intervals; determining an RR interval distribution for each time frame sample based on the plurality of RR intervals; and detecting at least one atrial fibrillation event based on the RR interval distribution for each time frame sample.[French]
Procédé et système de détection de fibrillations auriculaires à partir d'un signal de photopléthysmogramme (PPG). Un procédé comprend la génération continue d'une mesure de signal de PPG à partir d'un capteur d'une unité de PPG ; la génération d'une pluralité d'échantillons de trame temporelle sur la base de la mesure de signal de PPG ; la génération, pour chaque échantillon de trame temporelle, d'une pluralité d'intervalles de fréquence cardiaque (RR) ; la détermination d'une distribution d'intervalles RR pour chaque échantillon de trame temporelle sur la base de la pluralité d'intervalles RR ; et la détection d'au moins un événement de fibrillation auriculaire sur la base de la distribution d'intervalles RR pour chaque échantillon de trame temporelle.
