Abstract[English]
The invention relates to methods for treating ocular disease with a VEGF antagonist. In particular, the invention relates to methods for treating ocular disease, e.g., neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), in a patient, the method comprising administering to the patient one initial dose of a VEGF antagonist, e.g., brolucizumab, followed by a maintenance regimen of additional doses of the VEGF antagonist administered in an administration interval of at least 8 weeks. In particular, the invention relates to methods for treating ocular disease, in particular neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), in a patient pretreated with one or more doses of a VEGF antagonist B, the method comprising administering to the patient an initial dose of a VEGF antagonist A followed by one or more additional doses of a VEGF antagonist A in an administration interval according to a maintenance regimen of the VEGF antagonist A for the treatment of the ocular disease.[French]
L'invention se rapporte à des méthodes destinées à traiter une maladie oculaire avec un antagoniste du VEGF.
