Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the field of digital payments using e-wallets, cards, or any digital payment methods; and in particular, to e-commerce online payments. In e-commerce field, customers prefer full payment on-delivery after checking delivered goods; this introduces risk on merchants. In contrast, merchants prefer to process the full payment on-order before sending the shipment; this introduces risk on customers. Both options of full payment on-order or full payment on-delivery are not satisfactory or making fairness for both parties (customers and merchants). The present invention introduces a solution for having a payment method that can automatically split the payment amount, based on a payment-split policy that merchant offers and customer accepts, to enable merchants to get part of the payment on-order then claim the rest of payment on-delivery.[French]
La présente invention concerne le domaine des paiements numériques utilisant des portefeuilles électroniques, des cartes, ou tout procédé de paiement numérique ; et en particulier, des paiements en ligne de commerce électronique. Dans le domaine du commerce électronique, les clients préfèrent un paiement complet à la livraison après la vérification de la marchandise livrée ; cela présente un risque pour les marchands. À l'inverse, les marchands préfèrent traiter le paiement complet à la commande avant l'expédition de la marchandise ; cela présente un risque pour les clients. Les deux options de paiement complet à la commande ou de paiement complet à la livraison ne sont ni satisfaisantes ni équitables pour les deux parties (clients et marchands).
