Abstract[English]
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer programs that involve utilizing video cameras along with head-mounted devices, such as photosensor-oculography (PSOG) devices, which measure eye positions. The eye positions are utilized in a variety of ways to implement novel forms of efficient eye tracking. Making eye tracking more efficient be important for many applications, including untethered head-mounted systems, such as systems with augmented reality and/or virtual reality head-mounted displays (HMDs).[French]
La présente invention concerne des systèmes, des procédés et des programmes d'ordinateur qui impliquent l'utilisation de caméras vidéo conjointement avec des dispositifs montés sur la tête, tels que des dispositifs de photodétecteur-oculographie (PSOG), qui mesurent des positions de l’œil.
