Abstract[English]
A wakeup circuit operable in a low-power wireless device is provided. The wakeup circuit includes at least one radio frequency rectifier configured to output a rising transient voltage in response to existence of a RF signal received at an antenna of the wireless device; and a detector configured to output a wakeup signal when an input voltage level of the detector is higher than a reference voltage signal, wherein a signal output by the detector upon detection of a wakeup signal causes resetting each of the at least one rectifier upon detection of the wakeup signal; and wherein the wakeup circuit is coupled to an antenna interface of the wireless device.[French]
L'invention concerne un circuit de réveil utilisable dans un dispositif sans fil de faible puissance. Le circuit de réveil comprend au moins un redresseur de radiofréquence conçu pour délivrer une tension transitoire croissante en réponse à la présence d'un signal RF reçu au niveau d'une antenne du dispositif sans fil; et un détecteur conçu pour émettre un signal de réveil lorsqu'un niveau de la tension d'entrée du détecteur est supérieur à un signal de tension de référence. Un signal émis par le détecteur, lors de la détection d'un signal de réveil, provoque la réinitialisation de chaque redresseur lors de la détection du signal de réveil; et le circuit de réveil est couplé à une interface d'antenne du dispositif sans fil.
