Abstract[English]
A control system for off-highway battery application powertrain systems that allows the operator to select one or more performance/operating modes. The one or more performance modes may be based on the work that needs to be accomplished using the machine vs. the hours needed before the next charge opportunity. Modes will take typically into consideration battery management system performance maps, Electric motor/inverter performance maps, pump performance maps and other systems communicating with the powertrain system. The operator is in control to optimize refill and/or next battery charge. The operator may have the option to select performance modes based on excavator performance vs. battery life. Remaining time and warning messages may be periodically sent to the operator based on the performance mode selected and current state of charge.[French]
Système de commande pour des systèmes de groupe motopropulseur à application de batterie hors route qui permet à l'opérateur de sélectionner un ou plusieurs modes de performance/fonctionnement. Le ou les modes de performance peuvent être basés sur le travail qui doit être accompli à l'aide de la machine par rapport aux heures nécessaires avant l'opportunité de charge suivante. Les modes prennent généralement en considération des cartes de performance de système de gestion de batterie, des cartes de performance de moteur électrique/onduleur, des cartes de performance de pompe et d'autres systèmes communiquant avec le système de groupe motopropulseur. L'opérateur est aux commandes pour optimiser la recharge et/ou la charge de batterie suivante. L'opérateur peut avoir l'option de sélectionner des modes de performance sur la base des performances d'excavateur par rapport à la durée de vie de la batterie. Des messages de temps restant et d'avertissement peuvent être envoyés périodiquement à l'opérateur sur la base du mode de performance sélectionné et de l'état actuel de charge.
