Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a process for producing magnetic ferrite and orthoferrites nanocrystals by using microwave-thermal treatment method. The detailed of the process is as follows: firstly polyvinyl pyrrolidone is diluted in deionized water by heating and stirring to form a PVP solution; secondly, metal nitrate precursors including iron nitrate and another metal nitrate or rare earth elements nitrates (such as cerium nitrate) are added into PVP solution at 80 oC for 2 h and stirred until becomes transparent solution; thirdly, the nitrate precursors/PVP solution is placed on a Petri dish and heated by microwave irradiation (power 1000 W) for 5 min until water was eliminated; fourthly, solid crystals that are formed are crushed and ground in a mortar to form powder, and finally the powder are placed in a furnace and calcined at 500-700oC for 3 h for eliminating organic compounds and to favor the crystallization.[French]
La présente invention concerne un processus de production de nanocristaux magnétiques de ferrite et d'orthoferrites par procédé de traitement thermique par micro-ondes. Le processus détaillé est le suivant : 1) de la polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) est diluée dans de l'eau désionisée par chauffage et par agitation pour former une solution de PVP; 2) des précurseurs de nitrates métalliques comprenant du nitrate de fer et un autre nitrate métallique ou des nitrates d'éléments des terres rares (tels que le nitrate de cérium) sont ajoutés dans la solution de PVP à 80 °C pendant 2 h et agités jusqu'à devenir une solution transparente; 3) la solution de précurseurs de nitrates/PVP est placée sur une boîte de pétri et chauffée par exposition à des micro-ondes (puissance 1 000 W) pendant 5 min jusqu'à élimination de l'eau; 4) des cristaux solides formés sont écrasés et broyés dans un mortier pour former de la poudre, puis la poudre est placée dans un four et calcinée à 500 à 700 °C pendant 3 h, pour éliminer les composés organiques et pour favoriser la cristallisation.
