Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a pulsed xenon UV disinfection system for treating objects present inside a room and/or area surrounding the system. The system 100 comprises an head portion 10, an intermediate portion 20 and a lower portion 30. The head portion 10 comprises a lamp 101, a housing 102 and a reflector 103 to redirect the UV rays in preferred direction. A shutter mechanism is disposed in the intermediate portion 20 comprises a shutter 104 to provide protection to the lamp 101. A shape changing mechanism comprising second actuator 70 to change shape of reflector 103 as per the treatment conditions and/or physical characteristics of the room. The shape of reflector 103 facilitates to converge or diverge UV rays emitted by the lamp 101 to effectively treat objects/area close to the system or away from the system, respectively.[French]
La présente divulgation se rapporte à un système de désinfection UV au xénon pulsé destiné au traitement d'objets présents à l'intérieur d'une pièce et/ou d'une zone entourant le système. Le système (100) comprend une partie tête (10), une partie intermédiaire (20) et une partie inférieure (30). La partie tête (10) comprend une lampe (101), un boîtier (102) et un réflecteur (103) pour rediriger les rayons UV dans une direction préférée. Un mécanisme d'obturateur est disposé dans la partie intermédiaire et comprend un obturateur pour fournir une protection à la lampe. Un mécanisme de changement de forme comprend un second actionneur (70) servant à changer la forme du réflecteur (103) selon les conditions de traitement et/ou les caractéristiques physiques de la pièce. La forme du réflecteur (103) facilite la convergence ou la divergence des rayons UV émis par la lampe (101) pour traiter efficacement des objets/une zone proches du système ou éloignés du système, respectivement.
