Abstract[English]
The invention relates to cutting devices with flexible blades for use on agricultural machines. The cutting device for agricultural machines includes a rotatable shaft (1) with at least two sets of grooves (5) on its outer surface, each of said sets being oriented along the shaft axis. Each groove (5) in each set houses the midsection of a cutting wire (6), meanwhile clamping rods are installed along the outer surface of the shaft (1) over each set of cutting wires (6) where the grooves (5) are located, the ends of each clamping rod (4) being fixed in the slots made at the shaft ends. Along its length, the shaft is equipped with a number of clamping elements capable of pressing the clamping rods (4) against the surface of the shaft and securing the midsection of a cutting wire in the groove (5) of the shaft.[French]
L'invention concerne des dispositifs de coupe à lames flexibles destinés à être utilisés sur des machines agricoles. Le dispositif de coupe pour machines agricoles comprend un arbre rotatif (1) avec au moins deux ensembles de rainures (5) sur sa surface externe, chacun desdits ensembles étant orienté le long de l'axe d'arbre. Chaque rainure (5) dans chaque ensemble contient la section médiane d'un fil de coupe (6), tandis que des tiges de serrage sont installées le long de la surface externe de l'arbre (1) sur chaque ensemble de fils de coupe (6) où sont situées les rainures (5), les extrémités de chaque tige de serrage (4) étant fixées dans les fentes réalisées au niveau des extrémités d'arbre. Sur l'ensemble de sa longueur, l'arbre est équipé d'un certain nombre d'éléments de serrage pouvant presser les tiges de serrage (4) contre la surface de l'arbre et fixer la section médiane d'un fil de coupe dans la rainure (5) de l'arbre.
