Abstract[English]
The braking system of vehicles is a critical aspect of passenger and pedestrian safety. The present application proposes a method to precisely measure the friction ratio of each tire on the road surface, leading to the utilization of each wheel's maximum deceleration potential. With the use of specialized sensors (weight, pressure) in specific brake positions, we can extract and maximize the deceleration ability of each wheel independently, regardless of the conditions. This system can be applied to various types of vehicles, from cars and motorcycles to airplanes and trains, aiming to minimize stopping distances and save lives. In doing so, the braking system becomes more efficient and secure for all users.[French]
La demande concerne un système de freinage de véhicules qui est un aspect critique de la sécurité des passagers et des piétons. La présente demande propose un procédé pour mesurer avec précision le rapport de frottement de chaque pneu sur la surface de route, conduisant à l'utilisation du potentiel de décélération maximal de chaque roue. Grâce à l'utilisation de capteurs spécialisés (poids, pression) dans des positions de frein spécifiques, nous pouvons extraire et maximiser la capacité de décélération de chaque roue indépendamment, indifféremment des conditions. Ce système peut être appliqué à divers types de véhicules, à partir de voitures et de motocycles à des avions et à des trains, visant à réduire au minimum les distances d'arrêt et à sauver des vies. Ce faisant, le système de freinage devient plus efficace et sûr pour tous les utilisateurs.
