A coffee maker, designed for placement on a heating device, extracts coffee under pressure to produce high-quality espresso. This kitchen appliance allows users to adjust essential parameters for espresso preparation, such as extraneous water pressure and temperature, with ease of use in mind. The coffee maker features a boiler (1) designed for placement on a heating device and filling with water, an extraneous water reservoir (3), a piston (5) with mobility within the reservoir (3), and a manually adjustable pressure valve (6) ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 bar. Additionally, an easily accessible pressure valve (11) is incorporated, along with a lid (9) connected to the reservoir (3) at an angled connection.[French]
