Abstract[English]
A method of remotely fitting, selecting and/or ordering clothing based on user-generated data is provided, that comprises: providing a user's digital terminal with an application and providing at least one server with a database, that are connected to the user's digital terminal via a telecommunications line, generating individual data of the user related to his/her body features/sizes via the said application in the user's digital terminal, processing the data of the two or three-dimensional model of the clothes presented for sale in the database for the purpose of virtual fitting of the clothes by the user, wherein the generation of said individual data of the user is carried out in predetermined sections of the user's body according to the proportional ratios of the body dimensions and taking into account the peculiarities of the user's body shape according to the proportional ratios of the user's body dimensions.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé d'essayage, de sélection et/ou de commande d'un vêtement à distance basé sur de données générées par l'utilisateur, qui consiste à : fournir au terminal numérique d'un utilisateur une application et fournir à au moins un serveur une base de données, qui est connectée au terminal numérique de l'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'une ligne de télécommunications, générer des données individuelles de l'utilisateur associées à ses caractéristiques/tailles corporelles par l'intermédiaire de ladite application dans le terminal numérique de l'utilisateur, traiter les données des modèles bidimensionnels ou tridimensionnels des vêtements proposés à la vente dans la base de données aux fins d'un essayage virtuel des vêtements par l'utilisateur, la génération desdites données individuelles de l'utilisateur étant effectuée dans des parties prédéterminées du corps de l'utilisateur en fonction des rapports proportionnels des mensurations et prenant en compte les particularités de la forme corporelle de l'utilisateur selon les rapports proportionnels des mensurations de l'utilisateur.
