Abstract[English]
According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition for use in a method of treating a wound in the skin of a subject and methods of using the pharmaceutical composition, the pharmaceutical composition comprising a tetrapeptide having the amino acid sequence U-QTAV-Z wherein Q is used to denote amino acid Glutamine, T is used to denote amino acid Threonine, A is used to denote amino acid Alanine and V is used to denote amino acid Valine. At the N-terminal end, U is independently selected from the group consisting of octanoyl (C8), decanoyl (C10), lauroyl (C12), myristoyl (C14), palmitoyl (C16), stearoyl (C18), biotinoyl, elaidoyl, oleoyle, lipoyle. At the C-terminal end, Z is selected from the group consisting of OH, O R1, NHR1 or NR1R2. R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkylaryl, alkoxy, saccharide and aryloxy group, which may be linear, branched, cyclical, polycyclic, unsaturated, hydroxylates, carbonylated, phosphorylated and/or sulphurous, said groups comprising from 1 to 24 carbon atoms and being capable of including one or more heteroatoms O, S and/or N.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à être utilisée dans une méthode de traitement d'une plaie sur la peau d'un sujet et des méthodes d'utilisation de la composition pharmaceutique, la composition pharmaceutique comprenant un tétrapeptide ayant la séquence d'acides aminés U-QTAV-Z, Q étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé Glutamine, T étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé thréonine, A étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé alanine et V étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé valine. Au niveau de l'extrémité N-terminale, U est indépendamment choisi dans le groupe constitué par octanoyle (C8), décanoyle (C10), lauroyle (C12), myristoyle (C14), palmitoyle (C16), stéaroyle (C18), biotinoyle, élaïdoyle, oléoyle, lipoyle. Au niveau de l'extrémité C-terminale, Z est choisi dans le groupe constitué par OH, O R1, NHR1 ou NR1R2. R1 et R2 sont indépendamment choisis dans le groupe constitué par les groupes alkyle, aryle, aralkyle, alkylaryle, alcoxy, saccharide et aryloxy, qui peuvent être linéaires, ramifiés, cycliques, polycycliques, insaturés, hydroxylates, carbonylés, phosphorylés et/ou soufrés, lesdits groupes comprenant de 1 à 24 atomes de carbone et pouvant comprendre un ou plusieurs hétéroatomes O, S et/ou N.
